Frequently asked questions
How do I receive the licensed image?
After purchase, you'll receive a high-resolution download link via email within 24 hours. Files are delivered as full-resolution TIFFs or JPEGs depending on your preference.
Can I use a licensed image on social media?
Yes. Editorial and Commercial licenses both cover social media use. For paid social advertising, a Commercial license is required.
Do licenses expire?
No. All licenses are perpetual — once purchased, you can use the image for the permitted uses indefinitely.
Can I request a custom license?
Absolutely. If your use case doesn't fit neatly into one of the standard tiers, get in touch and I'll put together a custom agreement.
Are prints included in a license?
Print licenses are separate from digital licenses. If you need both, the Extended License covers unlimited print runs alongside digital use.
